Usage

To use a specific version send a header in the following format

Added Driver Events operations for suppliers to push live tracking details of an in-progress transfer.

PUT /bookings/{bookingRef}/vehicles/{vehicleIdentifier} - Provide details of the driver and vehicle assigned to a booking, including a way for the customer to contact the driver
DELETE /bookings/{bookingRef}/vehicles/{vehicleIdentifier} - De-allocate a vehicle from a booking, in order to use a new identifier for a replacement vehicle
POST /bookings/{bookingRef}/vehicles/{vehicleIdentifier}/location - Provide current location of a vehicle, and the status of the transfer

Added optionalextras to Retrieve Individual Booking response.
Added hasopenquery to Retrieve Individual Booking response.
Added warnings field to all responses. Currently empty but may contain important notices regarding the service in the future
